If you can visit a MultiSoft office, we recommend that you book a full day of FREE training.

It would be our pleasure to meet you face to face and have you meet the team that will be assisting you.

We can also deliver training online via phone or the GoToMeeting application. For larger groups of people, MultiSoft team members can deliver training in your office, regardless of your location. MultiSoft takes as much pride in training and support as we do in software!

 

Training on Your Schedule



Online Course

Your team members complete their initial online training at your preferred time frame and receive a Certification of Completion.



GoToMeeting(s)

We provide 6-8 live GoToMeetings with our support team. They are available in-person 24 hours a day, 5 days a week. They record and place all lessons in your drop-box for future reference.



Video Webinars

You have access to 200+ webinar videos at Multisoft Training. Your customer support team can access these 24/7/365. We add new videos every day and list them in our weekly newsletter.



Live Support

Live Chat support is available 24/7 directly through our website.

Multisoft is an international company with offices around the globe. We offer telephone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.



In-Person

We welcome our clients to come into our offices for any help they require. We have offices in Florida, Las Vegas, Thailand, The Philippines, and Singapore.
